How far will you go?

I've been a photographer for almost 10 years now. In all of my years doing this, I've always longed for an opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and create. I love a lot of what the midwest has to offer but an environment like this isn't one of them. When Kelsey posted on instagram that they were going on a little vacation and wanted to have some photos done while they were there, I responded to it asap saying that I was willing to travel! A couple days later, plane tickets were booked and everything was set up.

The rest was magic. I flew into Phoenix a day early and headed straight toward the Grand Canyon. Road-tripping means something a little different out there. The next day was full of location scouting and a quick trip to the Grand Canyon. About an hour before golden hour, we official met up to shoot. I am so excited to share this shoot! It was definitely a highlight shoot of the year.
